I need more space for more toys!

6-10, mostly working on my cars, occasionally checking off my "honey do" list.

How does your significant other feel about your garage:

She knows where to find me.

2x4 studs, 5/8” sheet rock, R-12 fiberglass insulation.

Ceiling construction (materials used, R-Value of insulation, etc.):

5/8" sheet rock attached to floor joists from above, R-20 fiberglass insulation.

Floor construction (materials used, epoxy, tile, etc.):

Concrete. Epoxy will be next year.

Heating system (electric, natural gas, hot water, etc.):

Natural gas infrared tube heater strategically located over my car and workspace area.

STR-JZ 45 with 10 ft. tubes. 45,000 BTU/HR.

How cold does it get outside (F):

How warm do you keep it inside your garage (F):

How did you choose your garage heater:

I wanted something that would provide adequate heat that wasn’t too expensive to operate.
